We receive information you voluntarily provide through contact, prayer, volunteer, event, portal, learning, credential, registry, and store-related forms. This may include your name, email address, phone number, ministry information, testimony, requests, and account identity used to sign in.

Anonymous visitor counting

The website uses a random browser identifier to count first-time visitors for internal monthly and quarterly ministry reports. It does not collect a visitor’s name, email address, prayer content, household information, or resident information. Clearing browser storage may cause a later visit to be counted as new.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, provide ministry support, operate learning and member services, review credential applications, maintain authorized records, manage events and inventory, prepare restricted activity reports, improve the website, and protect the ministry’s systems.

Prayer and sensitive information

Please avoid submitting Social Security numbers, passwords, financial-account details, extensive medical records, or other information not necessary for ministry follow-up. Prayer requests may be shared only with appropriate ministry leaders or prayer servants as needed for the requested care.

Information classification and access

Public information includes published teaching, events, ministry descriptions, approved registry entries, and verified impact figures. Member-private information includes personal progress, household details, journals, requests, and order history and is limited to the member and authorized ministry care. Restricted executive information includes counseling details, resident plans, prisoner records, credential reviews, financial records, fulfillment notes, internal activity reports, and administrative audit history and is available only to authorized leadership or specifically assigned roles.

Payments and financial information

The website does not request or store full card numbers, bank-account credentials, passwords, or verification codes. Charitable payment details are entered on the authorized Zeffy service. Ministry financial review records retain only necessary dates, amounts, designations, and external references.

Sharing and selling

Redemptive Life Global Ministries does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the website or process authorized services, when required by law, or when necessary to protect people and ministry systems.

Retention and requests

Records are retained only as reasonably needed for ministry, administrative, legal, safety, and credentialing purposes. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact rlmministry94@gmail.com.

Security and changes

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as the platform and ministry services develop.
